Shipping Policy

Shipping & Delivery Policy

At Misunderstood, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Whether you’re from a metro city or a remote corner of the country, we ensure your style finds its way to you.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently deliver across India through trusted courier partners.
International shipping will be available soon — stay tuned via our newsletter and Instagram for updates.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation.
     
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
     
  • During sales or festive periods, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.
     

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times depend on your location:

Note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as courier delays, weather conditions, or high demand.
 

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999 within India.
     
  • For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee of ₹99 applies.
     
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional service charge.
     

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email or SMS with your tracking ID.
     
  • A direct link to track your parcel in real-time via our courier partner’s website.
     

If you face any tracking issues, drop us an email at support@misunderstood.in — we’ll be happy to help.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

We partner only with reputed logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.
However, if your shipment is delayed or appears lost:

  1. Contact our support team with your Order ID.
     
  2. We’ll investigate with the courier partner and update you within 48 hours.
     
  3. In rare cases of confirmed loss, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.
     

7. Order Delivery Attempts

If you’re unavailable at the delivery address, the courier will attempt delivery up to two times.
After unsuccessful attempts, your package will be returned to us.
You may contact our team to arrange a re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).

8. Incorrect Address or Contact Information

Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order.
Misunderstood will not be responsible for delays or losses caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
     
  • Invalid contact numbers
     
  • Customer unavailability at the delivery address
     

9. International Orders (Coming Soon)

We’re working to make Misunderstood available worldwide.
International orders will include additional shipping fees, customs duties, and delivery timelines.
We’ll update this policy once global shipping launches.
