• All prices listed on misunderstood.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. 
• We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
• Payments are processed securely through trusted third-party gateways (e.g., CCAvenue, Stripe, Paytm, or similar).
• We do not store or have access to your payment card details.

5. Orders & Cancellations

• Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. 
• Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, they fall under our Return & Exchange Policy.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or inaccurate information.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship across India and select international locations. 
• Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner.
• You will receive a tracking link once your order is shipped.
• Misunderstood is not responsible for delays caused by courier or customs processes beyond our control.

7. Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love what you ordered!
Please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy for details. In general:

• Returns/exchanges are accepted for damaged or incorrect items only.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed after inspection.
